The car I purchased arrived severely damaged. However I do not believe it the fault of the seller but rather a series of events that combined to create the problem. The plastic base became cracked allowing one of two screws to come loose. While it appears to have been packed well there was enough movement during shipment to allow for further damage. Seller was very communicative offering a discount on a future purchase. I will put that to use.
