The item is just fine. Shipping was not what was expected. Shipping was listed as USPS First Class mail with a 4-5 business day delivery. Item shipped USPS media mail. Asked about the shipping service used while in transit and received no response from the seller. We left for vacation on 6/4 and returned to pick up the item on 6/13. We certainly would not have ordered from this seller had we known they were going to use the slower shipping service.
