Item still hasn’t been scanned in at post office. Seller isn’t responding to messages. I don’t like to leave negative feedback but this is frustrating. I needed these for my son’s braces and now I’ll have to wait even longer because I’ll need to order from somewhere else. Would’ve preferred to address this over messaging but again-seller isn’t replying.

There was actually no problem in receiving the item however, when I returned the item, I had to wait a month before I got my refund. Seller for some reason ghosted me after declining partial refund. Not understanding what happened, but everything has been settled. Going forward I will definitely check reviews before purchasing.
