seller responded quickly even in the wee hours of the night, every message is ripe with information and the seller is extremely helpful. they provided updates along the way for delivery even though this can be checked easily. The camera was packed extrenely well with multiple layers of bubble wrap and box was very solid as well. Shipping was quick. Although the prices were quite high, the experience was great and it is defintely worth it to pay more for the level of service provided
