It took the seller 3 days before item was even shipped. They blamed the delay on USPS Ground Advantage. The toys were stuffed into a poly bag leaving many of the pieces bent or broken. There was absolutely no care or protection for the items. The items in this bag were covered in dust. The shipping bag had some gross stain, I don't know what under the shipping tape they used. This happened before shipping and was not a USPS issue. It was disgusting and concerning at the same time.

my handling time is 3 days its in the description I try to ship same day but things come up . the items were packed with care and no dust or stains on the package . yes we shipped in a poly mailer .the buyer opened a case and never told ebay or us item was received if he the buyer had an issue he should have contacted me I would've made it right . it takes longer for ground advantage to go across the country I explained that if he wanted it faster I would have shipped priority I don't understand
