    Ordered this with one other on the same day from the same seller, never got this item. Took a month to get a refund. I didn't want the refund I wanted the toy for my dog. Had to find it elsewhere.

    The refund was requested by the buyer. We sent this item out with another similar item to the buyer's address. USPS did not update tracking until two days before the item was delivered. I attempted to communicate this with the buyer but they did not acknowledge my messages and simply kept demanding that we send the item even though we already had. They did not even give it two weeks. I refunded two days before it was delivered. They received this item for free and still left this feedback.
