I ordered this set in 1:64. What I got was more 1:43.
A scale correct, adult figurine, sits in the chair like a dwarf.
Pic nr.: figurine in 1:64 sat in the arm chair of the purchased set.
Pic nr. 2: same figurine sat on a chair in 1:64 scale.
Pic nr. 3: figurine of an adult sitting in a scale correct arm chair (as comparison)!
Upon contact, the seller wouldn‘t accept his mistake and claimed, the set was true to scale. Which one, I wonder?! Won‘t buy from him again.

I agreed with you that the size could be made smaller by 1.5 millimeters. BUT! you never once said you wanted a different size or a refund.
