Though I ended up returning 2 different hard drives that didn't work in my nvr. Reusetek Scal worked with me during this transaction. It was my choice at any time whether I wanted a replacement, a full refund, or a cheaper replacement with partial refund. I'll try them again eventually. Good communication.
