Sent item back for refund as it was off, I was sent a return label through hubbed, the seller is refusing to collect item from the hubbed pick up point and not giving me a refund as they are blaming me for using hubbed when all I did was do what the return instructions where so now it sits undelivered and I have no refund

Buyer is a liar, didn’t like item & said she’d return for a refund. Never returned item and couldn’t prove she’d sent it. Went to eBay and got refund from them. Got item & cash back. Sellers beware, buyers like this should be banned from eBay.
