I listed the brand and model exactly, you didn't know what you were buying, you REFUSED to return the item and demanded I "make it right" without telling me how, and then leaving negative feedback on my otherwise 100% positive. Telling me you're dying of cancer to get your money back without returning the item is pretty sus. I asked how you wanted me to make it right without reply. I'm a human being not a corporate store.
