I did receive the handcuffs and the lock, but they didn't come with the tags (PROPERTY OF ALCATRAZ SAN FRANCISCO, CAL on the handcuff) or (ALCATRAZ SAN FRANCISCO DEATH ROW on the lock). If I'm not receiving what was advertised then I would like to get reimburse. Photos add were of handcuff advertised and handcuff received and of lock advertised and lock received.
