The package arrived severely crush and dented, with only a single sheet of bubble wrap around the doll. How it managed to survive undamaged is really a total mystery. The doll itself was as described and the shipping was timely but the packaging was woefully inadequate for something being shipped through the U.S. Postal System. (I would like to include a picture of the box as it was delivered but do not see a way to do that here. I can certainly provide one upon request.)

We are very sorry to hear the postal service USPS damaged your package. We have used USPS for over 20 years. You can absolutely contact the postal service to complain and definitely send them a picture, (it is in their hands for the damage). Our packaging is in new boxes, items wrapped in brown packing paper and bubble wrap and filler. And this is not common as you can see from our feedback there are no complaints of damage on orders. BUT WE ARE THANKFUL THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO YOUR DOLL.
