Before the sale, I asked what the cost would be to send it to Canada. Seller responded that there would be no additional charges. After the sale, they demanded an additional $12 to ship it there. Would not honor the agreement.

Sir you are completly wrong. You asked me before the sale what the cost would be to ship to Canada, I used the address that you had and it was calculated at $12.12. I printed the label, and then you sent me another address I went to USPS calculation and it said $24 I offered to split the difference with you or give you a full refund. Now I normally don't get upset over things like this. But you are just and out and out liar. I treat people with respect and am very honest.
