The package arrived so tightly contained within a cardboard box that I could not open the box without cutting the inner box, and ruining it for sale. Can't put a sliced up carton on a store shelf!

we have tried to open a very tight package and it can be opened neatly without damaging it, because we use a small and sharp knife. It would be a good idea to open it with a small knife, open the bubble wrap first and then open the cardboard on the sides, that way you can open it without damaging the box. We use cardboard packaging so that the package is not damaged during transit. hopefully it can be understood.
