I tested several of these, and then threw away the ones I tested. Makeup is still useable. Makeup does have a slight odor. I am not sure if this is the way this item was made, or is from being in storage. May be wear/damage to the front and or back label. There may be some residue up under and on the cap. I had several bottles break and spill. I have cleaned them as good as I could, but some staining may remain.”
