You could have put in a request for a full refund if you were not happy with the item. I would have gladly accepted a return for a full refund if you had sent me pictures of the snag. As I stated I have pictures of what I sent out to you. This negative feedback that you have given me will remind me as a seller how I need to be careful about whom I sell to. My positive feedback for my store speaks for itself.
