First, seller did not have item on hand. It took a few weeks for them to even get the product. After several "it will be shipped in X days" emails, it finally shipped and was quickly delivered. Upon receiving the figure, I noted that there were several (obviously) glued together pieces even though the listing said "New in box". Seller stated it was due to price point: $60 vs $300. Seller offered a $5 refund in the end for the hassle. Not perfect, but helped.

Yes, $5 solves the problem, the package arrives at the scheduled time, the item is brand new and unopened, and the product is not 100% perfect as you expected. I advise perfectionists to buy high quality products at a high price, rather than cost-effective products.
