The phone came in spotless condition. When I turned it on the language setting had been pre-set to English and the seller had provided an English language PDF of the manual, which was very helpful for understanding this foreign device and all of its quirks! It came in a week, which for international shipping standards is quite quick, I think. Overall this seller provided a smooth and seamless buying experience. And I'm loving my new Keitai! :D
