The caboose was received as represented and well packaged. However, due to the size of the box, UPS must have used it as a door stop - totally crushed accordion style in appearance. I was surprised and relieved that the caboose came out ok. I attribute it to the caboose being made of metal and doubt that a plastic type would have held up. Looking forward to restoring it.
