Une radiation laser et des traitements thermiques simultan s sont n cessaires pour faire cro tre ces nanoparticules dans la matrice h te initiale. Ces mat riaux vont donner de nouveaux composants opto lectroniques autrement plus performants et compacts que ceux classiques que nous connaissons maintenant. Les BIP base de nanoparticules vont augmenter et enrichir ces potentialit s dans la mesure o les propri t s optiques deviennent ajustables en fonction des param tres caract ristiques de ces particules ainsi que la matrice h te.
