The faucet was in new condition but was missing a retainer clip on the quick connect assembly. I was able to substitute for it with a simple solid copper electrical wire bush fix so I don't have any complaint or insight as to support I would have received had it been missing something more critical. Overall I am very happy it worked out and with the quality of the faucet given the discounted price.
