Salve, il prodotto e' stato testato prima della consegna ed era perfettamente funzionante. Inoltre questo modello ha l'erogazione elettronica sul pulsante che e' in diretto contatto con il termostato. Essendo un prodotto che stava in garanzia non capiamo il perche' non ci avete contattato. Cosi facendo avete pagato un intervento che poteva a essere a costo 0 ed in piu' avendo rotto i sigilli, NON VI POSSIAMO PIU' RICONOSCERE LA GARANZIA, che comunque potete rivalervi sul tecnico l'ha riparata.
