RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

1. The deadline for exchanges and returns is 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order. Send an email to mexandmex1@gmail.com to indicate your intention to return or exchange the item.

2. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and returned in its original packaging both in exchanges and returns.

3. We are not responsible for products that are lost in transit to our office. It is recommended to keep the proof of shipment and to do so with a tracking number.

4. As soon as the product is received we will proceed to refund the price of the product and initial shipping costs.

4.1 The shipping costs for return or exchange shall be borne by the buyer.

In the case of return/exchange for damaged product, MexandMex will bear the shipping costs.

5. No returns/exchanges will be accepted freight collect.

6. Exchanges are accepted for the same or higher amount as the original order (with payment of the difference). The buyer will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
