This item was listed as "new open box" but it was clearly used. The bluetooth name of the keyboard was "Frank's keyboard" when I synced it w/ my computer & the space bar was sticky. I notified the seller & they offered to return the item. Said that the space bar "should have been properly cleaned prior to shipping" & that the items are "tested prior to being sold by a third party source". Neither of these address the mislabeling of the item is "new" when clearly they were used. Beware!

We would be happy to fully refund you if you returned the product as we do not offer discounts based on condition claims. Listing was an open box, had we not inspected it and you received a non-working product we would be in the same position.
