Item could not be delivered--the address had only city and state. Seller responded immediately to my message about the problem. Ebay was responsible for the lack of information on the shipping label. USPO Customer Service, at either the general 800 number or at the local branch does not answer the phone. I ended up having to leave work 2 hours early, hoping to arrive at the PO branch before the package was returned to the sender. That was successful. Ebay was the only, and major, problem.
