Good holster for 3 or 4 o'clock podition but too sharp for AIWB as it pinches and is quite stabby into the fleshy parts. I'm not fat either / not suitable for that carry area. It DOES pull in nicely with minimal protrusion when you find the sweet spot. I's ideally give 4.5 stars but that option is unavailable plus this might not be rated for appendix carry. Either way, it is almost bulletproof in construction and that is why it can't be utilized AIWB. I included a pic of my X Carry with Zero Pro
