100% ******** liars. If you think this is 100% blackout you'll be disappointed, because it isn't. You'd need every last bit of every edge of the fabric velcroed against the wall, and they don't give you enough velcro from that, even when you cut it smaller. So, as usual, the ebay description is totally false and there will no consequences for the seller's violating ebay policy because eBay relies on scammers and doesn't give a **** about buyers.
