The packing and shipping of the jacket was so disappointing it was just folded and stuffed in a plastic bag, definitely have to visit the dry cleaners to reshape the jacket due to the poor packaging and shipping

we do not just fold and stuff our jackets on a plastic bag, they are carefully and professionally fold and put in a poly bag then a shipping bag. keep in mind these are PRE-OWNED items they obviously need to be dry-clean before use!!!
