It's a fraud, it describes as “th232 sample”, but turns out to be some lantern mantles! This is definitely intentionally
misleading description! If the seller can clearly describe as th232 lantern mantle, nobody will buy it for such price!

You are fully entitled to your opinion, please only refrain from using word fraud, as it have a clear definition, which your purchase does not fulfill not a one bit. Some sources, depending on where they are shipped are based on items that are allowed in particular countries. ALWAYS sources are as strong, as stated on offer page, have stated properties and are carefully calibrated to stated values. This also include all the safety insurance and testing. The price reflect this.
