Phone arrived in wrong color and with dead battery.Seller was difficult. At first they denied defect, then said they would send a new battery. I told them that this would take too long as I am in the US. Requested reimbursement for a new battery I would purchase in my home area. Seller agreed to reimburse. Then, seller said that they wouldn't reimburse or process a return. I submitted a video of phone and receipt for battery from a reputable US retailer. No response over several days.
