The phone is 100% consistent with the description and photos, I guarantee it! Most likely, the buyer did not read the description that lists all the defects and inattentively looked at special photos in which all the defects are highlighted (in red!). Unfortunately, the buyer is not responding to messages right now. We are working on it.
