Items were more rusted & bent than what was shown in photos. I returned the items & was told I would receive a full refund (by the seller). Once seller received the item back they issued a return shipping return refund but did NOT refund me back for the item. I have had to jump through hoops with Ebay customer service multiple times this week to try & get my refund back & still have not gotten a refund or reply back from the seller.
