This item showed up promptly, and was is perfect "brand new" condition. However, it *should be noted* that this insert will only fit NEOTEC II helmets and newer. When I placed my order, there was a customer review (that has subsequently been removed) stating that it *did* fit the model of helmet I was attempting to rehab. I was able to jury-rig the insert to my satisfaction and it worked perfectly, but I suspect there aren't many folks who would have the resources or capability to do so.
