It's not the seller's fault. FedEx employees didn't tell me how much or how to pay the customs until late, so I haven't received the package yet. From this experience, I would say that using FedEx to deliver to Georgia (the country, not the state) is a bad choice. They are incredibly incompetent. I hope to receive my goods next week but so far, they are two days late and counting.
