Rating is "neutral" because 1) I never received the product. 2) Seller says it is the responsibility of FedEx, who shows it was signed for by employee of UPS Store. 3) UPS Store says they never got it, in spite of a signature that says otherwise. 4) Contacting Seller (2 times) was futile. Unwilling to help track it down. Recommendation: Do not buy from overseas sellers. All I am getting is fingerpointing.
