I wasn’t happy with the item, and the seller immediately offered for me to return it. The amount of the item wasn’t worth it to me for the hassle of shipping it back, so I decided I would just donate it locally. Upon hearing this, the seller gave me a partial refund of just over half my initial payment despite me electing to not return the item. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the level of customer service I received. In the end, I have no complaints about this transaction.
