Seller canceled my purchase that I had already paid in full, I messaged the seller, and mm said product was damaged, I had asked from where? and to provide photos, but canceled without accepting my request for photos of said damage. Seller refunded me, but wasted my time and did not communicate with me on my request. instead offered me discount on other products, and before I could ask for photos, canceled, didn't even tell me where damage was.

my Big Levi plush of 30cm shrunk in the mail I guess
While the description said 30cm, I got a little one of 17cm (which wasn't stated anywhere, not in the info, not in the photos)
First message they replied fast (delivery took a while so I asked about that)
second message with my question why I got a little one was ignored (like others said, if something's wrong, you won't get an answer)
I'm disappointed since I already had the smaller version, so I guess this will be a gift for a friend..
