I did not sent a broken pencil. The item was packed very well, but unfortunately was damaged during transportation. I issued a full refund of $10.99 for the damaged item
However, since the order was placed through eBay's international shipping program, you paid shipping fee. Unfortunately, due to the nature of eBay's intern. shipping program, I am unable to refund these charges separately.
eBay has advised you to open a case for the refund of the shipping charges related to your purchase.
