Item arrived in not working order. Tried contacting seller but they refuse to honor their ad regarding full refund. The seller offer was to keep none working product and accept a 15% refund, my answer was NO. The seller informed me that in order to get a replacement for this item it would take 30 to 40 days. It would take longer to get a replacement then it took to get the damaged item. This seller refuse to honor their listing which is a full refund within first 30 days and not a discount.
