Would never buy from this seller again, Purchased a Pro Duplicator from them and they knew good and well it was deffective. Tried to return item and the seller said "this return is closed" on May 16, 2024. I hope they enjoy their 151.00 they stole from me. Never again Very poor seller

Ebays general return policy is 30 days from the date this arrives at your front door. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS to inspect the item and report any issues. The item arrived to you on April 11th via the tracking and on May 16th approximately 36 days later I received a return request. "Under these such provisions if the buyer does not execute a return within the 30 day window, the seller has the right to decline the return." Thats example 1 you're a horrible buyer and its shame I can't leave more feedback.
