Part worked great. But when I sent back the core I never got the core charge back. I contacted the seller they said they need the tracking number. Which I threw out when package was delivered. I wrote my name and address clearly on the return label. I stated this when they asked for the tracking number. No answer after two weeks. Been over a month and still no core return. I will be going somewhere else as I have another customer with same problem. It’s a shame the core return messed it up.

The core was never delivered to us and you "do not have the core tracking number". Looks like you never shipped the core or dropped the parcel unpaid in your post office. Who is at fault here? Contact your post office and find/ship the core to us in order to receive the core refund.
