I found out they sent me the wrong item after I paid $130 installation fee and would pay another $95 to remove the stereo. They offered to refund me, plus $10 to compensate me for the $225 I am loosing for installation. DO NOT BUY from them. They lie. Before I purchased, I asked them to double check everything to make sure I get the correct unit. They assured me they would, but still sent me the wrong unit. They are not in US. They are in China and not very responsive.

Dear friend, we have been actively communicating with you, and you have requested us to pay you an additional $225 and resend the correct machine and do not want to return the received machine.We have also applied for partial compensation from our supervisor and reissue new machines, but you are still not satisfied. We offer you multiple solutions. We have a warehouse in the United States, and all of our machines are sent from the US warehouse.
