Instructions provided were really good, and it was so useful to have an extra lot of moulding material as our first go was a bit rubbish. Seller gets you to send in photos of your moulds so that he can check them before you spend money posting back. The retainer arrived really quickly and was a fit. Really pleased - will recommend to friends, and use again when needed in the future! Such good value compared with having them made at the dentist / orthodentist.
