No penny sleeve. Charged $2.79 for a PWE... So 2x+ against the hard cost to the 3PL.

We don't use penny sleeves on PAPER cards because of the chance of ding a corner. The card saver protects it well without a penny sleeve with paper cards. There is a cost for handling. That is the reason it's called shipping and handling. Thanks
