Bought item nearly a month ago. Item arrived in the U.K. Customs returned it to the seller as there was a fault on the postal documents from the seller. Messaged seller straight away. When eventually they replied, they blamed it on ‘Customer Refused’, which was impossible as it never left Customs as shown on the tracking. Seller is extremely slow in responding to messages (many days, not just a few hours). Seller doesn’t seem to care about their buyers or excepting they made the mistake.
