Paid evening of May 17. Shipped afternoon of May 23. Arrived afternoon of May 28. Traveled about 500 miles. Item was listed as new, but condition of internal wrapping suggests open box at best. Polystyrene packaging was cracked in several places, which suggests package was either dropped or otherwise sustained a significant impact. See photos. So far, unit seems to be functioning correctly, though, so overall positive. I guess time will tell.

when I open packages to check contents - if all looks undisturbed, I do not remove from box. Shippers have gotten so rough these days - just had driver drop 90+ LB package, with a grunt on camera. Why not use dolly?
