The kit comes with no instructions or reference to the parts except a generic hints and recommendations including referring the buyer to the company’s service manual. I purchased in the past a restoration kit from a different vendor for a different Marantz receiver. That one came with a very clear step by step instructions file. I’m a pretty knowledgeable individual and it’s not that I need instructions for dummies. However, since part of the components are replacements, there is a need for inst

We send links to 17 page instruction and hint document referred to here as well as the service manaul & our parts list for the kit itself. There are two links we send to customers when they make the purchase, it appears for whatever reason this customer only accessed the first link with the instruction/hint document. We have sent the links to them again. We have sold a number of Marantz 2240 kits with satisfied customers over the years.
