Buyer is incorrect...item is new, never been installed or used. There was a red mark from ink transfer from improper storage...but that is it! He sent it back and he got his full refund, which I didn't have to do since he wrote on the belt with permanent marker and the belt was considered as damaged....but I didn't want to be petty and have a problem with him.....guess it wouldn't have mattered and did you note that he left negative feedback AFTER he got refunded...who is petty now??
