    Returned as the girth is shorter than advertised. I though it looked short so I measured it then put it straight back in the packaging and returned. today I discovered they have deducted £4.99 from the refund saying it’s not in original condition which is a lie! It never went anywhere near my horse as it’s shorter than the current one which only just fits! It also didn’t match the picture which had brown elastic, the one they sent had stripy elastic! Absolute con artists! Avoid!

    we have sent the exact size as was ordered when an item doesn't fit then customer pay for return postage but in your case you open return saying item not described and we got charged for return postage so we have only deduct what we got charged which was not our fault thanks
