Seller sent a download link for the manual that didn’t work. Seller said “oh, you need this other program…”. He sent the second program but it didn’t work on my newer laptop. Seller claimed that the app didn’t require complex installation but I gave up when the instructions said I needed to enter cryptic characters on the command line.
Why not Dropbox? Very easy!
Finally sent a CD at extra expense. It had the pdf I needed.
Quite annoying.
